Renting Out

So I'm thinking of renting out my formal living room. I know it sounds kooky, but it's a big room and I definitely need the extra cash while we get everything situated. I figure I can rent it out for a few months or so. I'm in a great location near Downtown Charlotte, I have wi-fi and I sprung for cable in that room. We aren't using it, it's downstairs. I'm looking at trying to set up a makeshift kitchen with a dorm refriderator and a microwave so they don't have to run up and down the stairs all the time. I figure around 300-350 a month range with all inclusive. Who knows? It may go over very well!

I already have a kitchen table and some bedroom furniture, a tv and a wingback chair I can set up in there, when I'm done it will look like a little mini apartment. I'm good at decorating and making something feel like home. I do need to paint the walls and that ugly dark paneling. But I think it make someone a very nice temporary home.
