So I work tech support over the phone. Meaning I take calls, walk you through fixing whatever isn't working and voila, all done. I have the opportunity to work from home, I did this before like almost a year ago, but because circumstances suck I had to go back into the office, well I am now in a position to where I can work from home again. The problem? After I had everything I need to do this installed (Internet, land line phone, computer work space) I sit down yesterday to take calls in my OWN home all comfortable with a cute Ikea blanket my little headset on, a snack at my side the TV on mute, what do I hear through my headset? Not a customer, not a beep signaling a customer. No. Not that. What I hear is "Repent unto the Lord, My Child!" My headset is picking up a Christian station. Christian Classics to be specific, and it's LOUD. I immediately put myself out of queue and start making calls I called my sister, she could repeat what she heard word for word. So needless today I am sitting back in the office with no clue how to fix that problem. I will buy a new phone today on the way home, but who is to say that will actually work?
On a side note preparations are well under way to getting the house decorated for Halloween. We have decided to not have a party as everyone seems to have something going on that night. We are going to dress up and hand out candy to the children though. Also I am in charge of decorating our area at work for Halloween so we can win a pizza party. Like I am in freakin' kindergarten. I think I am going to dress up as Lady GaGa for Halloween. I am going to be Fat GaGa. Gotta love it, now which slutty outfit should I copy, I have a partial love for her caution tape outfit.

All Work and NO Play!
I am having to work today, it sucks. I will be here until 5:30pm taking calls from angry people and wishing I were home to paint my kitchen cabinets which is what my sister is doing. We are going to paint then white and then spray paint the knobs and stuff pink or yellow (haven't decided yet) to bright up the kitchen, we are having problems with the walls as the previous 12 tenants all wallpapered over each other so the walls are a mess until we decide what we can do. We want to paint but that doesn't look like an option.
Well, that's it for now. Just me grumbling while I'm on break and I have less than a minute before I have to be live again. Have a great weekend guys!

Red Sun Rising
The quiet hum of the car shoots down the highway and on to work I go. My job is always going to be a bone of contention with me simply because I hate it. I get paid $11 bucks an hour to be abused all day by people who can't grasp the concept of what they are paying for. I know in today's economy any job is a good job and don't get me wrong, I am thankful I am employed. I just feel strongly about hating what I do. lol.
So there I am in the car, slightly car sick (the highway usually does that to me) and I look up in the sky and there it is. A beautiful ball of orangy-red that is the Sun. I tried to take a photo with my phone but sadly it didn't look anything like what I was seeing. The color was magnificent. The hue was so bright, so alive there no one would ever be able to capture that either in art or on film.
Today may not be the best day ever, but that sun spoke to me. Kinda a wake up call in a dull everyday morning. Here's hoping you find your own Red Sun Rising.

Sorry, Bloggers...Please accept my apologies
So I've been a little sick and a lot occupied the past week and haven't posted like I should, I'm VERY late on post 6 of The Interview, but promise to have both posted by Wednesday morning, so stay tuned!
What's been going on is..well. A lot. I'm planning a wedding reception, a bachelorette party, and last week I got a stomach bug that is about to kill me. lol. My bride chose the color of Apple. Which is really just a dark shade of red, so her colors were red, black and white. I had to force her to choose another color so we can avoid the Twilight themed wedding with apples red and black, so I threw in some turquoise and everything is looking great now.
As for the bachelorette party we are going to do a Barbie themed party featuring a DIY photo booth and a DIY stripper pole. Photo booth is way easy and shouldn't take but a few minutes time to set up, but the stripper pole worries me. I'm not quite sure how to construct this thing even though I've read the directions ten times. The picture sucks and I'm going to need cinder blocks cause some of my invites are bigger gals (So am I so if I get the urge to swing around a damn pole I want to be safe in the fact that I want it over and kill myself!) So I need pink, pink and more pink, I'm also trying to find a cute little vanity I can dress up with pink paint and stuff so it will all be like Barbie's one room paradise. Wish me luck, right? I just don't like the same old boring bachelorette party, a girl can only use so many man-Twinkies in one party, good grief.
I'm yawning and work starts early today. I want to go home already and just lay in bed for a while, a nice warm bed, they keep the air on like 30 degrees in here and I forgot my sweater today. I got to get some photos of our no budget needed outdoor makeover (full of trash finds!) I'm going to post my email address on the sidebar so if anyone has any questions or comments they can email me directly, here's hoping everyone has a fantastically happy day!

The Days of a Working Girl
Today I am stuck here until 8, why you ask? Because on Wednesday my legs decided to lock up on me and I had to take the day off so I need the makeup 5 hours so I have the standard 40 on my paycheck. While I am stuck here though Reagan has her hands full with laundry, painting, putting together her room, washing dishes. Trust me there are A LOT of dishes. And Laundry.
I finally have a design idea for my ugly desk and table top, I'm going to paint the tops yellow make a few bird and bran silhouettes and then stencil them down, then I'm going to paint gray over that. My birds should look awesome! Then I am going to polyeurothane over the whole kit and kabooble. Should look pretty cool. I'll have photos soon. Yesterday we were in the Dollar Store and Reagan found these little what-knots that looked like finials and things like that, well she bought four of them ($4) and took some of her spray paint ($1) and painted them to match her room colors. (Pink and Raspberry) They look really awesome, I'll make her upload a photo here soon or email it to me today so I can show you. I like them!
Anyway I will be back later with some photos for you guys!
