Yesterday morning apparently while I was getting dressed for work, my sister did something really dumb. She took my cupcakes out of the fridge and put them into the oven and left them there all day long. Which is not what I wanted and it definitely would have left those cupcakes up for hardening.
Then she did something even more dumb. She got home from work last night and pre-heated the oven for dinner. Without taking my cupcakes out of the oven. So my cupcakes are so hard I could throw them through a windshield (Side note: I bust the windows out your car. And no, it didn't mend my broken heart...Sorry, Glee moment!) and the icing melted and went away. Where it went, I don't know.
I'm really bummed about this I loved those cupcakes and it took forever to get that icing the way I wanted it. She got mad at me because I was upset over the cupcakes. I don't get that girl sometimes. Weird.
So I didn't get the photos that I wanted to show you guys because she killed my cupcakes. It's ok, I'm not out of Cosmo Mix yet! I just need another lime. (Side note: Put the lime in the coconut and drink them all up..sorry, alcoholic moment.)
